Overview
The word
yoga, in Hindi pronounced as Yog, is derived from Sanskrit word yuj which means
to join or unite. Yoga is an ancient Indian science and art. The practice of
yoga integrates the body, mind and soul. The ancient seers laid down four ways
by which the practitioner can attain samadhi or spiritual salvation, the goal
of yoga to achieve the path of knowledge, the path of action,the path of
selfless and the path of Introspection.
Day 01: Arrive in
Delhi
A warm welcome by TravelAstu in Delhi.
Overnight Stay
at the hotel
Day 02: New Delhi
Sightseeing will begin with visit to Raj Ghat, the Red Fort, QutabMinar, India Gate, Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk, Birla
Mandir, Raj Ghat, Parliament House, Louts Temple and many more if time allowed.
Day 03: Delhi –
Rishikesh (230 Km 5 Hrs, By Road)
After breakfast
in the morning, you will take a drive towards Rishikesh. On reaching Rishikesh,
you will check-in to booked hotel. Have relaxover night at the hotel.
Day 04: Rishikesh
and Haridwar
In
Morning Rituals and Ganga Aarti after breakfast by roadways, Yoga Asana, Astanga Yoga, Meditation
session on the Ganges, Yoga sessions and Vendanta Lectures, ,
Day 05: Rishikesh
and Haridwar
Meditation
session on the Ganges , Yoga sessions and Ayurveda Lecture, Yoga Content
results & Soverigns, Cultural Events
Day 06: Rishikesh to
Delhi (230 Km 5 Hrs, By Road)
After breakfast
in the morning, you will take a drive towards Delhi. On reaching Delhi, Have a farewell dinner and Move towards the International DelhiAirport to board a flight for home, to carrying
sweet memories of India.
